I have an autoimmune disease. The care I got was awful. The saving grace was two nurses in total who were nice and gave me help and assisted me. This is a teaching hospital and I’m worried about the quality of the doctors and nurses this hospital is providing for future NHS care. I had been given medication I’m allergic to on two occasions whilst I was in the hospital. I was also harassed because they wanted to discharge me 4 hours after being given two steroid injections. I was still in pain, feeling feverish and looking unwell. Nurse and Doctor was trying to discharge me at midnight.
The staff were amazing, we were well looked after. The only comment I have is the shower room available to us could do with a bit of a re-fit.
The service the NHS provided at all levels was magnificent, in what were obviously, very difficult times during the height of the pandemic.
We were very well looked after during the week-long stay of our baby son in St Mary's Hospital. We received great support from all doctors, surgeons and nurses at all time. After our 1-month old boy was diagnosed with a malrotation in his bowel, he had to go into immediate surgery which was conducted successfully. We were very pleased with the professionalism of every staff member and felt very confident that our son receives the best possible care during his stay.
All the facilities under one roof with friendly staff.
Very friendly environment and very caring team.
Doctors from the Oncology Department at the St Mary's NHS Trust referred me very quickly to the Charing Cross Hospital for further medical investigation after they did my mamograme, which led to timely diagnoses of my conditions and treatment.

Imperial is a great place to work as an employee.
St Mary’s is a great hospital with very caring staff. A centre of excellence in every way. It’s a bit hard to navigate at times as the buildings are spread out.
